Carita Smith, Community Outreach Coordinator for the Okaloosa and Walton County Guardian Ad Litem program will speak about how the program is central to fulfilling society’s fundamental obligation to protecting a child’s right to be safe, to be treated with dignity and respect, and to learn and grow in the security of a loving family.
