The culture of “estest” is the worstest trend ever! In the wake of the Olympics, we are once again glowing in admiration of gold medal-winners, luke-warm toward silver & bronze, and oblivious to the rest of the losers who didn’t win anything. If you’re not a GOAT, you’re not worth considering! When did we lose touch with the reality of human imperfection? Do we still have room for the less-than-perfect in our congregation? How does this shape our understanding of our UU mission?
Come meet Rev. Ruth & Watch the Sunday Service on Zoom and we will all watch together with some visiting time before and after!
Beginning at 9:45, click on this link:
Meeting ID: 945 2839 3873
We’ll visit and address any kinks in the system and begin watching the service at 10:00. Afterward, we’ll have our coffee and visit together some more!
See you Sunday!
Rev. Ruth
